Vicker is a Flash platform evangelist in Hong Kong, major in Flash and Flex RIA. FLABER is one of his successful app which exploit a full range of interactive features available through Flash by using a simple drag-n-drop interface. FLABER won several prestigious IT awards including HKICT Awards 06 eYouth Grand Award, Pan-Pearl River Delta Region University IT Project Competition 06 First Class Award, APICTA 06 Merit Award and more.
